Who We Are
StormGuard Roofing & Restoration is a storm restoration company specializing in returning residential properties to their pre-damage condition after catastrophic weather events—such as windstorms, hailstorms, or fallen trees—cause roofing or structural damage. While our core focus is roofing restoration, we also address collateral issues such as damaged gutters, water intrusion, drywall compromise, and other storm-related effects.
Our mission is rooted in advocacy. We stand in the gap between insurance companies and policyholders, ensuring homeowners receive the full value of what their coverage provides without being underpaid or dismissed during the claims process. Our expertise allows us to identify, document, and substantiate storm damage with precision and integrity.
What We Do
Our process begins with a free, professional inspection focused primarily on roof damage but includes documentation of any visible collateral issues (gutters, interiors, fascia, etc.). If we identify damages that can be tied to a recent storm—supported by meteorological data and visible wear—we frame a clear, legitimate narrative with a defined Date of Loss (DOL).
Because most of our clients can’t afford upfront inspections or assessments, we frontload our services at no cost, confident in our ability to produce results. We are only compensated once we help secure insurance approvals.
Our Purpose
While StormGuard serves a broad market, our core purpose is to empower and advocate for underserved, undereducated, and underrepresented communities, particularly minority homeowners who are often left out of the loop when it comes to navigating insurance claims.
Too many people fear filing claims due to concerns about rate hikes, policy cancellations, or simply not understanding their rights. We educate our clients, dispel myths, and stand beside them through the claims process to ensure they receive what they are entitled to.
